When Elle was off track I just let the girls do whatever. Our mornings weren't so tidy...but I loved it. We would hang out on the floor amongst the toys and watch Elmo for Ava and Good Luck Charlie for Elle and drink juice boxes and just enjoy the mornings together. I love my life!

I LOVE lazy mornings too! I really have to get over making myself feel bad if the kids and I aren't ready by 9:00 - life is too short. I am glad you are enjoying these moments! Unfortunately we've had lazy mornings around here lately (and will until Tuesday - schools out) due to sickness...nothing fun!
