I've been really down on myself lately and mostly because of my body.
The pains I feel when I think about how I look and my body are sometimes more then I think I can handle. But then I am reminded of how blessed I am to have a body that works, that moves, that functions. That as imperfect as it is, it's still perfect.
I watched this video and I realized that I am more blessed then I ever thought I was. That I can embrace what God has given me and the trials I face when it comes to the emotions I deal with regarding my self image.
I am blessed more then I know.
